Is your Order Total UNDER $250.00? >>
You choose shipping method and pay shipping charges. When you pay for shipping,
you can select and pay for any type of UPS shipping service. UPS Ground,
UPS 3 Day, Etc.
Is your Order Total OVER $250.00? >>
You receive FREE UPS GROUND or TRUCK Shipping only when shipping inside
the Contiguous United States. Because the shipping is free, you cannot select
the service type. Shipping method is at shipper discretion. Small items
will ship UPS GROUND, and Oversize or Overweight items will ship via TRUCK.

How does ChefsFirst calculate shipping charges? >> ChefsFirst uses
UPS Tools integrated with our shopping basket to calculate shipping charges
based on Item Weight and Delivery Address.

Processing and Delivery
How long does it take for ChefsFirst to Process and Ship an
IN-STOCK order? >> Orders are usually Processed within 2 to
3 business days from our warehouse. This means when we receive your order
it is picked and processed and made ready for pickup by the carrier within
2 to 3 business days.
How long does it take for ChefsFirst to Process and Ship a SPECIAL
ORDER? >> Special Order Items vary greatly depending on the
lead time from the factories. While ChefsFirst makes every possible effort
to make sure Special Order items are shipped as quickly as possible, It
is impossible to guarantee the delivery date for Special Order items.
