  • Stainless steel burners and pilot shields
  • (3) 38,000 BTU/hr “H” type burners. One per every 12" for even heating across the entire broiler surface
  • Rugged cast iron top food grates, retain heat, are perfect for creating grill marks and will enhance flavors over time
  • Grates can be used in flat or sloped position for controlling doneness. Grate are sectional for easy handling
  • Single layer of Char-rock (included) distributes heat evenly and provides a true smokey BBQ flavor as fatsd and oil drip and smoke back up to the food
  • Porous pumice char-rocks are self-cleaning, by flipping over and heating
  • Full width, removable crumb tray collects debris
  • Body structure double walled to conserve energy
  • Removable front stainless steel grease can
  • Heavy cast iron 8” x 15” waffle style lower grates support char-rock and promote proper air flow
  • 36" wide x 26" deep x 11" high
  • Set for natural gas and shipped with L.P. (Propane Gas) orifice kit for field conversion. Please specify if over 2,000 ft elevation when ordering.
